Shipping cost and Delivery time

All orders will be dispatched from Denmark, using fast and cost-effective methods, ensuring the efficient delivery of your order.

We charge a set amount for your delivery, no matter how many items you order. This includes postage, packing and insurance. The charge depends on where you want your order delivered:

Delivery within Denmark	80 DKK
Delivery to a European Country	160 DKK or 20 EUR
Delivery to Greenland	40 EUR
Delivery to North and South America	30 EUR
Delivery to all other regions	30 EUR

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO BOX address or secure home delivery boxes at this time!

Royal Copenhagen Online Shop (GLOBAL) would like to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of 3.000 DKK / 400 EUR or more.
To qualify for “Free Shipping” your product subtotal must be at least 3.000 DKK (incl. VAT) within Denmark, Sweden and Norway or 400 EUR is delivery address is outside Scandinavia, excluding shipping cost or service charges.

You can expect all in-stock orders to be dispatched within 5-8 business days. Occasionally we find we have more demand for a product than expected and this may mean a slight delay before we can dispatch your order. If high demand means that the item you require isn’t immediately available, please do bear with us – we will be doing our best to ensure you have it as soon as possible. You will receive a notification and invoice by e-mail when your order is dispatched.

The delivery time depends on destination, but below we present estimates of delivery time dependent on areas of the world:
