Shipping cost and Delivery time
All orders will be dispatched from Denmark, using fast and cost-effective methods, ensuring the efficient delivery of your order.
We charge a set amount for your delivery, no matter how many items you order. This includes postage, packing and insurance. The charge depends on where you want your order delivered:

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO BOX address or secure home delivery boxes at this time!
Royal Copenhagen Online Shop we would like to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of 3.000 DKK / 600 USD or more.
To qualify for “Free Shipping” your product subtotal must be at least 3.000 DKK (incl. VAT) within EU or 600 USD (ex. VAT) outside EU, excluding shipping cost or service charges.
You can expect all in-stock orders to be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Occasionally we find we have more demand for a product than expected and this may mean a slight delay before we can dispatch your order. If high demand means that the item you require isn’t immediately available, please do bear with us – we will be doing our best to ensure you have it as soon as possible. You will receive a notification and invoice by e-mail when your order is dispatched.
